Wat is het?

It may happen that you do not agree with a decision of the municipality. Via this form you can file a complaint online. You do this by sending this form to the municipality. In your notice of objection you explain why you do not agree with the decision. The municipality must then decide again. Do you also disagree with this second decision? Then you can often submit an appeal to the court.

What do you need?

• the eID of your country
• any appendices to make your complaint clearer (for example photos, supporting documents or a more detailed description of your complaint); you can add the attachments digitally later in this form or send them to the municipality by post.
